However, I've recently been using the $25 AZLA XELASTEC silicone ear tips on AirPods Pro 2 and they are honestly even better at staying in my ears and creating a strong seal. When AZLA releases a version for AirPods Pro 3 in October, I'll likely use those to replace the Apple ear tips.
